Help us fill our list. If you have something to suggest then add it to our list. It doesn’t have to be death defying or extreme. It can be a simple satisfaction like eating ice cream covered with maple syrup and gummie bears.

Or, if you have done anything on the list then write a few lines below explaining your experience because we would love to read about it.

How Do You Move?

We are trying to find out some of the most unique stories, shows and events that people have been through or witnessed.

What’s coming

I’m currently working on a dance video to post on the site.
Many hours have been spent on research, originality, sweat & tears, and legal proceedings - mainly as a result of ‘dance-move’ patents! ~ D. Kidney (just want to break-it-down!)

I’ll be submitting footage of a ‘back hand-spring’. I began gymnastics 6 months ago, I’m 27 years old. It’s never too late to begin something new. It’s tough though, the other day I threw my knee into my mouth while doing a ‘double front tuck’. Blood was everywhere…but I’m fine now! ~ anonymous

Have fun, and comment below on ‘what you can do’
or send us video footage to submissions@101magazine.ca.
Send us a head-shot interview, or anything that you enjoy doing.
Disco baby!
